Representative Mackie objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, HJR 18 was waived from the House Special           
Committee on Fisheries.  HJR 18 is currently in the House Special              
Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs with a further referral to           
the State Affairs Committee.
